About Heather…
Heather received her training to become a certified child sleep consultant from the world renowned Family Sleep Institute and is accredited by the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants. Her training included lactation, sleep safety, child behaviours, special needs and sleep disorders. This comprehensive post graduate training means that there is no sleep related issue too big or too small that she can’t help you with. Heather’s primary degree is in sociology and she is also a qualified secondary school teacher.
Family
Heather lives in Bray Co. Wicklow with her husband and two young daughters. She believes strongly that the secret to a happy, functioning family is a good night’s sleep. Heather struggled with her first daughters sleep and has seen first-hand how difficult things can be. With that experience behind her Heather brings understanding and compassion to the table when helping families. Her passion is helping and guiding families to a place where sleep is plentiful. It was because of her own experiences with her daughters that she decided to become a certified sleep consultant and help other families and their children achieve sleep success stories.
Make it work
Heather wants all the families she works with to see the results she has achieved with her own girls and how that has led to happier children and parents. Through guidance, setting goals and follow up support Heather will take you and your child out of a place of sleep deprivation. You will have the knowledge to enable your child to sleep and sleep well and in turn the whole family will be enjoying a good night’s sleep.
